Q: How do you ship?
A: Our products are shipped via UPS.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: It depends on what you have ordered. Futon covers and accessories are shipped
within 3-5 business days, because they are custom made after you place your order.
For a minimal charge, you can have your cover or accessories shipped the next
business day. E-mail or call us if you are interested in this option. Our bedding
basics are usually in stock and will ship immediately. Bedding like comforters and
sheets may take up to 4 weeks to receive. E-mail us for availability if you need an
item quickly. Some items are in stock and can be shipped immediately.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Unfortunately, we do not. Our website and store are the only ways to see our
merchandise.

Q: What are the measurements of your futon covers and accessories?

A: Twin: 39”x 75”
Full: 54”x 75”
Queen: 60”x 80”
Chair: 28”x 54”
Loveseat: 54”x 54”
Chair Ottoman: 28”x 21”
Loveseat Ottoman: 54”x 21”
Small Pillow: 17”x 17”
Med. Pillow: 20”x 20”
Bolster Pillow: 8”x 20” (tubular shaped)
Fabric Per Yard: 54”x 36” Each fabric comes off the bolt a different way. For
example, with a striped fabric, the stripes may come off the bolt
vertically or horizontally. E-mail us with any questions on the
direction of the fabrics.

Q: What do construction descriptions like “print front with solid end caps and back”
mean?

A: Print front and depth with solid back means only the very back of your futon cover
will be a solid color fabric.

If no construction description is given, your futon cover will have the fabric you have
chosen all over.

Q: Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Q: Can you handle corporate sales?

A: Yes, please give us a call at 888-456-3488, during our normal business hours to speak
to one of our representatives. Our normal hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 5:00
and Saturday from 9:00 to 3:00 central time.

Q: How is sales tax charged?

A: You will not be charged sales tax unless you reside in the state of Wisconsin.
Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
